Tudo dependera do contexto: receipt will be fine! |

proof-of-payment booklet // payment book Explanation: Or simply "payment book" (which is the standard term in the U.S. for the wallet-sized booklet issued by lenders so that borrowers can keep track of the payments that they have submitted -- especially when money has been borrowed to pay for a car or a house...). The booket consists of perforated payment vouchers, each of which the amount of the scheduled payment and contains spaces for entry of the date and check number. Whenever the borrower makes a payment, he tears out one of these vouchers and encloses it with the check that he sends to the lender. A stub that corresponds to each voucher remains in the booklet. The idea is to make it easier for both borrower and lender to keep track of the status of the loan... Cheers, HC |
