Gostaria de saber a melhor forma de se traduzir AGENTE ESCRITURADOR no seguinte contexto:

"Contratar os prestadores de serviços da Emissão, tais como o agente fiduciário, o banco mandatário, o AGENTE ESCRITURADOR, a instituição depositária, entre outros."

Encontrei a seguinte definição de AGENTE ESCRITURADOR:

"Agente Escriturador - Responsável pela escrituração dos títulos de securitização. No caso de operações através de FIDC, essa atividade normalmente faz parte das responsabilidades do custodiante, porém pode ser terceirizada a outras instituições."

Seria um "securities book-keeping agent"? Alguem tem uma sugestão melhor?
