At best, this is a guess, especially without any context of the type of corporation or business involved. But in the context of royalties, this is the only thing I found that would make any sense. TSF is used in several places, but seemingly with the assumption that the readers know what it stands for. The link is one of the sites that use "total service fees" in context with royalties, although the acronym is not used. Good luck!
