Explanation:
Well indeed! Piteiro seems to have no translation. Is there any possibility that it could be a word taken from the English and made into Portuguese - an object that makes 'pits' therefore is a 'piteiro'?
Just an idea.
Well it's definitely a thing for making holes in to which the Strauss Piling will go. See definition of Strauss Pilings on the website mentioned.
