Brazilian term. The course that allows you to teach in kindergarten and the first four years of primary schools in Brazil.
Curso Normal is not a college degree course. (in Brazilian Portuguese, "Superior" implies a university degree); Curso Normal covers the last two years of "segundo grau", if you want to become an elementary teacher. Are you sure about the title above?
