"A actividade da XYZ International não é ilegal ou criminosa já que detém uma licença para o exercício da respectiva actividade, emitida por um país da União Europeia, não sendo a lei penal portuguesa aplicável em virtude das regras quanto à respectiva aplicação no espaço"
