List of all types of insurance, mostly to do with public liability. Could it be no-fault or without fault? There is also a lot of reference to construction-related insurance, but fundação is definitely in the singular here, so I don't think it's referring to building foundations...

I rang an insurance company in São Paulo, found on Google, which offers insurance cover for civil engineering works, including "danos morais (decorrente de RCG/cruzada com ou sem fundação).

The person I spoke to explained that this refers to the existence or not of foundations in the project, that the rate for insurance varies between jobs with and without foundations.
