I was wondering if there is a standard term in English. I found Installment Agreement (IA) but it seems to refer to agreements with the IRS whereas this is an agreement between two companies.

I realize in effect I translated the term two different ways but that's how I would do it.

I often see provisions for payment in installments, usually they are very specific, the first installment of R$ on a certain date or within a certain period after some event, other installments at a certain interval afterward or after certain other future events....
