disagree  rhandler: Processo burocrático is not = legal formalities. This would be "exigências legais", different from bureaucratic procedures.

  -> Look it would just not be used like this..Your examples are not COntracts..mine are..bureacratic would not be used in a legal text in English except in very exceptional circumstances
