English translation:INSS - (Brazil) National Social Security Institute
Explanation:
thanks to ttagir for his answer, but thought this is the only way to tell him what the expansion of INSS is. I assume the others may already know this

as for the term itself - psadur may have best idea - Executive Administrations. My first inclination, "Offices of Executive Managers is a bit awkward."

Thanks. Unless someone has a better suggestion, I'll go with Executive Administrations. I thought maybe someone from Brazil might have a more accurate rendering.
Dr. Tagirov, I didn't define INSS because most Brazilians would recognize this as defined here: National Social Security Institute.

Tramslate this as follows:

The new sttucture of INSS (excuse me but I only guess the mention of thins abbreviation:)

A network of offices of public porsecutors subirdunated in terms of administration to executive power authorities and in technical terms to General Prosecutor (or maybe Geneal Prosecutor Office)

Hope this helps to understand the textual content.

Dr. Tagir S. Tagirov
