as for the term itself - psadur may have best idea - Executive Administrations. My first inclination, "Offices of Executive Managers is a bit awkward."

Thanks. Unless someone has a better suggestion, I'll go with Executive Administrations. I thought maybe someone from Brazil might have a more accurate rendering.
Dr. Tagirov, I didn't define INSS because most Brazilians would recognize this as defined here: National Social Security Institute.
