USUCAPIAO e REGISTO DE BENS Explanation: The translation of "usucapião" (not "usurcapião") is "adverse possession" (i.e., modo de aquisição da propriedade pela posse continuada e não reclamada, notória, mansa e pacífica, durante o prazo que a lei prevê). The translation of "registo de bens" is "property registration" or "assets registration", depending what kind of "bens" you are referring to.
