Portuguese term or phrase: Baixa de peca
"Baixa de peca conforme orcamento aprovado."

I am coming across the term "baixa" often in call reports from field engineers who repair and maintain medical equipment. In most contexts I am almost sure it means a part has been brought in or delivered. Does it make sense to use "baixa" that way?
