Can't find anything on the net. Any ideas anyone?

Explanation:
Doug, I think its a typo, if you are dealing with NR 11. I think it should be DALA.
take a look at this exchange and then lookup DALA:

I understand it to be chute as in a chute that goods (perhaps bagged granular) are delivered directly to a location i.e. onto a truck etc.

agree  Christopher & Rozilene Frye: You found the same page! That's got to be it. It's shocking that this typo is part of a safety regulation which has been reproduced all over the place. Somebody ought to tell them!
