pain caused by palpation, painful palpation
Explanation:
The Portuguese term (medical) means the sense of paint generated by the process of palpation (e.g., of abdomen, belly, neck, etc.). Here palpation means a way of examination by fingers (by a physician or carried out by proper patient). More exactly it can be translated as
pain against palpation, or pain to palpation, or paifulness of palpation, etc.

The term might appear in the instruction of self-exanmination for women (as a way to determine symptoms of breast cancer). So, e.g., the phrase
Quando a senhora tem dor a palpacao do seu peito...
will mean
If you feel a pain in examining your breast...

I hope this helps!

pain felt by palpation

Explanation:
Hi,
dor a palpação
is a pain that the patient feels when the doctor examins him by means of palpation/touching

the word palpação (a term used solely in medicin) means literally:
palpation/touching/medical examination

I am absolutely sure this is what is meant.

Regards and good luck!
