Portuguese term or phrase:espaços inter-somáticos
PLEASE READ MY QUESTION FIRST! I found disturbingly few examples of "intersomatic spaces," most of them by Portuguese authors. The expression is not in Dorland's English edition. Do you think it would be safe to say "intervertebral spaces"? -- or would it be better to leave "intersomatic," since the meaning is clear?
