flap repair/coverage/closure of wounds, scars or tumors (might depend on what's being done, but am pretty sure of the flap part!). I've also seen scar "revision" but I think that can cover a lot of procedures, not just the flap ones...given the resemblance of flaps to fat quarters in a patchwork quilt, the visuals match too... ;)
