Portuguese to English translations [PRO] Medical - Medical: Health Care
Portuguese term or phrase:bandeira
EQUIPAMENTOS E DOSIMETRIA:
Um biombo com 40cm de vão livre próximo ao piso e 80 cm de bandeira.
O texto fala sobre equipamentos de proteção radiológica utilizados no quarto de iodoterapia de um hospital.
Não consigo compreender o sentido dessa "bandeira".
Information posters - or - band of urgency classification
Explanation: Bandeira means lots of things, but in medical it can mean the information posters on the walls in hospitals, see link, or it can refer to colour-coded bands classifying patients on a scale of urgent (red) down to non-urgent (green). But I think in your text if it's referring to an actual object, measuring the distance from it, it's more likely to be the former, a hospital poster.
