In Pt_BR, same as "pense bem", "pensa bem" > think about it, reflect/think before you act.
- In the first two examples, it's more like a warning: "watch out", think before you do something you'll regret later.
- For the other two, just "think about it and decide" (if you want/need something)
It's slightly different each time - my basic suggestions, to be modified depending on context/mood etc:
1.Try and keep calm
2.Watch out you don't get into trouble
3.See if you want to take any more
4. You know, if you need,....
