Apesar de tantas pesquisas, continuo sem entender o que é esta "vinheta". Conhecia o termo com outro sentido (TV, radio). Segue o exemplo:

Itens com Vinhetas e Hífens

Para as vinhetas deixa-se uma tabulação de 2,0 cm da margem esquerda. O texto com vinhetas deve começar 1,0 cm depois da vinheta e tem a margem direita encurtada em 1,5 cm. O material em cada item com vinheta se poe a um espaço e tem um espaço (um retorno único equivalente) entre a última linha de um item com vinheta e a seguinte vinheta na série (vide seção 5.2). Se o item com vinheta tem um cabeçalho, este deve ser sublinhado.
