Portuguese term or phrase: adquirido em maior porção
This is part of a Brazilian land transfer deed, translation is to UK English. Is there a way to say this in English? Thanks for your help!

"...ao nascente (lado direito), com o lote de n° 07 (sete), da quadra n° 02 (dois), pertencente a XXX; ao poente (lado esquerdo), com o lote de n° 13 (treze), da quadra n° 02 (dois), pertencente a XXX, ***adquirido em maior porção***, na conformidade do Registro n° R.01, na matrícula n° 5.692, do Cartório Imobiliário desta cidade e Comarca."

acquired pro maxima portione - with all that messuage and tract of land -

Using a Latin expression such as: acquired 'pro maxima portione' may not be a viable get-out.

The problem with messuage is that, in English conveyances, it is capitalised and goes on with an address, like ALL THAT LAND AND MESSUAGE known as lot 7, Brazil Nut Way etc.

Example sentence(s):
  • First I give and bequeath unto my beloved wife Mary Applegate all that Messuage or tract of land situate and lying in Elizabeth Township

neutral  MARK ROBERTSON: Messuage means: "Dwellinghouse with the adjacent buildings and curtillage."; (Blacks Law Dictionary). How do we know the transfer involves a house?
