Explanation:
Golgi complex and Golgi apparatus are synonyms, and both names are used equally; but if you have "complexo de Golgi" in your text, I'd recommend using "Golgi complex" in the translated version.

Golgi apparatus

Explanation:
Golgi apparatus -- Eukaryotic organelle which package cell products, such as enzymes and hormones, and coordinate their transport to the outside of the cell. (http://www.ucmp.berkeley.edu/glossary/gloss4cell.html)

Endoplasmic reticulum - a system of inner cell membranes which is continuous with the nuclear membrane. It transports products of cell synthesis to the golgi apparatus. Described as rough endoplasmic reticulum when there are many ribosomes attached. (http://www.eclipse.co.uk/moordent/glossary.htm)

Golgi
Also known as dictysome in older literature. The Golgi or Golgi apparatus is an organelle whose function it is to add saccharides to glycoproteins. The Golgi is typically formed into a stack of membranes, in mammalian cells these are arranged on microtubules close to the nuclear envelope. Many amoebae do not produce recognisable Golgi but instead a series of unspecialised looking vesicles perform the function (e.g. Entamoeba, Ghosh et al, 1999). There is a tendency for amoebae with well developed glycocalyx to have Golgi with distinct stacks, while those with a thin glycocalx do not.
