"Passível" em português é bastante genérico. Na minha opinião, as duas traduções sugeridas servem, mas entre elas há uma variação de sentido, pois são mais "específicas" do que "passível". Escolha o que achar melhor, dependendo do que for mais adequado ao contexto.<br>
