I don't understand the "piadinha" in this sentence from a personal letter. Does it have anything to do with drugs or perhaps a sexual connotation (i.e. she wants to meet him). I don't want to read anything into it that is not there (much less in the translation):

Estarei voltando ao Rio no proximo mes e quero colocar-me a seu inteiro dispor para levar para voce qualquer coisa que precises aqui dos USA. (lembrando logico de todas as perguntas que sao feitas antes do embarque, poderei levar porque irei pessoalmente apanhar para voce, em vez de me entregarem... (somente uma piadinha))
