  -> "actionnaire" ce n'est pas un "porteur d'actions"? "Action" n'est pas la même choses que "cotas". C'est plutôt des "parts", non?

  -> merci. Comme Ivana le dit si bien, ne pas confondre parts sociales et actions ainsi qu'associé et actionnaire. Ce sont deux concepts juridiques différents et dans le cas présent, il s'agit d'associé.
