Portuguese to French translations [PRO] Law (general)
Portuguese term or phrase:declaratório
Desculpem, já coloquei a questão ontem...mas ainda não obtive resposta ( fin de semaine oblige!) .
Alguém sabe a diferença entre o declaratório e o declarante (ling. jurídica- art. 236 do Cód. civil PT).
Reference information: While I'm ignorant of the proper French term, bear in mind that "Declarante" and "Declaratatio" are two opposite faces of a coin: The "Declarante" is the one making a declaration, i.e., the "Declarant", while the "Declaratario" is the party on the other side, i.e., the "Recipient" of the declaration. These terms are commonly used in the interpretation of contracts.
