Reference: Declarante vs Declaratario

Reference information:
While I'm ignorant of the proper French term, bear in mind that "Declarante" and "Declaratatio" are two opposite faces of a coin: The "Declarante" is the one making a declaration, i.e., the "Declarant", while the "Declaratario" is the party on the other side, i.e., the "Recipient" of the declaration. These terms are commonly used in the interpretation of contracts.
