J'ai deux suggestions :

1. Le texte étant brésilien, on peut traduire quadro par dortoir :
1.2 Regionalismo: Pernambuco.
habitação coletiva disposta em quadrado sobre determinada área, com um segmento central comum; cortiço (Houaiss).
Aurélio donne une définition similaire du mot. Dans ce cas anexos devrait être traduit par dépendances.

2. Liste, personnel, cadre (juridique...), contrat, accord... (selon le contexte), s'il s'agit du'un document où figurent les noms des fonctionnaires où une description des conditions de travail, de leurs obligations... Alors, anexos = anexes.

La première possibilité me paraît plus vraissemblable.

Dans le premier cas on peut garder annexe en français qui est synonyme de dépendances.
