Portuguese term or phrase: Gesellschaftsblatt

Hi,
this has something to with GmbHs. The context is:
"Das Sperrjahr beginnt mit der dritten Veröffentlichung im Gesellschaftsblatt... Das Gesellschaftsblatt ... ist seit in Kraft treten des § 12 GmbHG ... der elektronische Bundesanzeiger."
Also, if anyone knows about a good translation for GmbHG and elektronischer Bundesanzeiger (my guess is electronic Federal Gazette), that would also be welcome :-)
