Portuguese term or phrase: arquivando-se
Olá.

Numa ação de divórcio diz o texto: “... transitada em julgado, expeça-se o mandado de averbação, etc., arquivando-se os autos oportunamente.”

Na minha tradução literal a parte final ficou como “archiviandosi gli atti opportunamente”, ou então, como alternativa “e opportunamente si trasmettono gli atti all’archivio.”

Não estou seguro quanto a nenhuma das duas. Poderiam me dar sugestões?
