taking over the operation Explanation: I am not happy because this must be followed by "of something" (the operation of what was taken over - water and wastewater treatment plants -WWTP - I presume) - and only after that one can say "by whom" (ADI members). -------------------------------------------------- Note added at 1 hr (2011-09-29 07:19:51 GMT) -------------------------------------------------- so the sewerage "service" was taken over = serviciul de canalizare |
