Romanian term or phrase: sufluri orificial supraadaugate
In these medical notes the report details the condition of the patient:

"TA=100/60, echidistante, echipotente, fara sufluri orificial supraadaugate, in rest normal."

I know the meaning of each word: "without superadded orificial breaths", but it does not seem to make sense. I think the problem is the use of the word "orificial". I am not sure if my translation means anything medically.
