disagree  Paula Marginean: Decretul este un alt tip de act. Vezi legea 90/2001 privind organizarea si functionarea Guvernului Romaniei si a ministerelor, art. 26, si art. 100 si 108 din Constitutie.

  -> bun, şi cum traduceţi în limba engleză actele cu caracter legislativ, nu ADMINISTRATIV, emise de Guvern? în plus, se pare că şi alte state folosesc această terminologie (vezi link-ul)

Explanation:
Nu stiu daca mai are rost sa cautam varianta cea mai buna. "Government Decision" e deja formula in uzul legislatiei traduse de Monitorul Oficial. Nu va luati dupa site-ul Guvernului pentru ca Guvernul (SGG) nu are traducatori.
