[3] f. + 180 f.; filele 173-176 legate după foaia de titlu, [2] file legate după f. 176; cu greșeli de numerotare.

f.= filă=leaf

I am not at all familiarised with the acronym for leaf/leaves or the preferred bibliological brackets in this case...
your help would be greatly appreciated...
