Ma indoiesc ca este franchise. Am pus intrebarea pt. ca, dupa stiinta mea, franchise se refera la dreptul pe care proprietarul unei marci, brevet, etc. (franchiser) il acorda unei parti (franchisee) de a folosi respectiva proprietate (cum folosesc magazinele Mc'Donalds numele si retetele respective). Aici este vorba insa de fransiza din asigurari, nu de franciza, adica un procent prestabilit din suma asigurata care se scade din despagubire, sau ceva in genul acesta
