Explanation:
Portare este egal cu transferul, iar termenul de "prelucrare" in ceea ce priveste datele cu caracter personal este extrem de larg, iar notiunea de "transfer" este reglementata ca atare in definitia "Prelucrarii" datelor.

Ideea de portare, daca este vorba depre o traducere tehnica, atunci sugerez solutia propusa de Nina Iordache.
