Buna ziua,

As avea rugamintea sa ma ajutati in traducerea termenului juridic "stăpânire de drept" din lb. română în lb. germană din următoarea propoziţie:

"Stăpânirea de drept se face odată cu semnarea şi autentificarea actului sub condiţia înscrierii acestuia în Cartea funciară". (propoziţia face parte dintr-un contract de vânzare-cumpărare)
