nu exista alt context decat faptul ca apare intr-o autorizatie de functionre din partea Ministerului Sanatatii. Se afla in stanga paginii, in dreapta este "director general" si semnatura acestuia.
Presupun ca sunt initialele celor care au redactat? listat documentul (este mai mult o scrisoare, de fapt). Dar o colega pe care am consultat-o a sugerat ca inseamna "obiectiv avizat" ca in "licensed centre". Ati intalnit cumva aceasta abreviere? Multumesc anticipat
