This abbreviation appears in the top of a medical letter in the part containing patient personal details. The complete section of text reads:
Nume: XXX F.O.: 12345 CNP: 12345
Data nasteri: 12.34.56
I realise this is some sort of code or reference number, but do not know exactly what it is.
Thank you. I will use medical record. The second link was very useful but the answer seems to have two separate meanings, i.e. I would not say consultation sheet is the same as medical record. Though "medical record" does sound logical in the context here. Are you going to add this as an answer?
