Bună!

I am translating a lengthy summary of a court judgement and the term 'proces verbal de flagrant' is referred to several times in the context of the subject having been arrested whilst committing the crime in question. Is there a standard translation for this? Beyond paraphrasing: 'report/record of the accused being caught in flagrante delicto' I can't find an equivalent term in my research.
