Hi Friends

I need the explanation (NOT the translation) of the folowing (between the asterisks):

1. Obiectul presentului contract nu este scos din *circuitul civil*, nu a trecut in proprietatea statului prin vreun *act normativ*...

2. ... de a inregistra terenul dobindit in *evidentele fiscale*.

3. *Tehnoredactat* in 7 exemplare ...

4. La emisie valorile poluantului in gazele arse nu vor depasi ... astfel incat la *imicic* sa se respecte conditiile de calitate ale aerului in zonele protejate prevazute in STAS ...

Asa cum am mentionat, am nevoie de o explicatie mai mult decit de traducere.

Explanation:
1. "in circuitul civil"
Codul civil, art. 963. - Numai lucrurile ce sunt in comert (in circuitul civil) pot fi obiectul unui contract.
De exemplu armamentul, munitiile, stupefiantele nu sint in circuitul civil. Ele pot face obiectul unui contract numai in conditii speciale.

2. "act normativ", de exemplu: lege, hotarire de guvern (HG), ordonanta, ordonanta de urgenta

3. "in evidentele fiscale", adica inregistrat la administratia financiara

4. "tehnoredactat", cf. DEX, pregatit din punct de vedere grafic pentru a fi tiparit

Explanation:
circuitul civil - means that it may be sold, as opposed to the land to be used for a highway for instance.

evidentele fiscale - the real estate has to be registered with the real estate tax register, being liable to taxes

Tehnoredactat - drafted, typed, drawn-up

imicic - ??? - proabaly "la limita" if handwritten...
