climatoterapia include, de fapt, cura de teren sau aeroterapia. de aceea, mai corect este să fie folosit termenul AEROTHERAPY.

Cura de teren este o alta terapie benefică meteorodependenţilor, dar aceasta se face în staţiunile balneoclimaterice. Ea îmbină plimbarea (într-un cadru natural, în care presiunea atmosferica este crescută, iar peisajul relaxant) cu solicitarea aparatului locomotor, stimulând circulaţia sangvină periferică.

The word cure comes from the Latin cura meaning care, concern or attention. The current use of the word cure is believed to reflect the belief that the right care, concern and attention were tantamount to a cure.

Emil Niculescu: I know from experience that "cure" is understood differently by an English-speaking audience. "Treatment" is more frequent. "Sports" is part of the Romanian definition of "teren" (see DEX).

-> mulţumesc, este o soluţie. nefiind vorba de un tratament în sensul strict al cuvântului d.p.d.v. medical, eu aş traduce "cure" dacă ar fi textul meu. Desigur, asker-ul are ultimul cuvânt pentru că ştie cel mai bine contextul general.
