Romanian term or phrase: Nimeni altcineva, decât eu
Hi,

“Nimeni altcineva, decât eu” seems to be the title of a poem by Ioana Camelia Popa. My problem: does it mean “anyone other than me” or “no one other than me”, please?

All the best,

Simon
