Prescurtarea apare in urmatorul context: " ... identificata prin pasaport ..., seria ..., eliberat de SAI r-l Octonbrie, or. Chisinau ...

Dupa cum v-ati dat seama este vorba despre un document din Republica Moldova si de aceea nu sunt prea familiarizata cu prescurtarile lor. Înclin sa cred ca "r-l" înseamna "raion" cum se spunea pe vremuri si în România la "sector" dar nu stiu sigur deoarece nu cunosc orasul Chisinau. Si ar mai fi si prescurtarea "SAI" care apare tot în contextul dat si nici în acest caz nu sunt lamurita la ce institutie se face referire. Ma poate ajuta cineva? Va multumesc anticipat.
