Si tratta di un'ecografia. Il testo è scansionato da una fotocopia e risulta molto sgranato, quindi non sono sicura al 100% di aver letto bene:

Lob dr. diam. 18,4 cm. Ecog. crescută difuz cu ecostr. micronodulară. Lob stg. lob caudat, pancreas ***SRP*** inexpl. dat. interpoz. de gaze. V. suprahepatice diam. redus și traiect sinuos, fără dilatații de CBIH.

Acesti autoanticorpi recunosc tinte antigenice multiple: tipuri de ARN de transfer (ARNt), aminoacil-t-ARN-sintetaze, componente ale ****particulei de recunoaştere a semnalului (“signal recognition particle”, SRP)****, factori translationali, componente ale complexului de remodelare a nucleozomului, insa cei mai importanti sunt cei directionati impotriva aminoacil-t-ARN-sintetazelor (familie de enzime care se gaseste in toate celulele nucleate si care are rolul de a atasa un anumit aminoacid de ARNt-ul propriu).
