Skrubbery

Now I know what you mean - I think the correct transliteration should be 'SKRUBBERY' (there is a 'R' missing in your 'skubbery'); has been taken from the English 'scrubber', meaning either 'gasreinigers' (gas scrubbers) or 'sproeikamers/luchtwassers' (water scrubbers), depending on the technique used.

Granulyat = granulaat (most likely 'rubbergranulaat', one of the products you get when tyres are being recycled)

HC1 = waterstofchloride
H2S = waterstofsulfide

Ref.: a.o. EURODICAUTOM
and the fact that I once spent 4 months on a study of a tyre recycling plant
