I thought LEGO-style constructions (i.e. main terms) would be more than sufficient for a professional translator to shape his output sentence. I still don\'t like the idea of translating the whole texts, sentence by sentence, for people claiming extensive experience in the field...

"in talks" - I know most people would prefer "negotiating", but this sounds a bit bombastic when referring to two friendly businesses

"major" - this is definitely the word, rather then "basic creditors", where "basic" is a bit off-key; "basic necessities", "basic truths" - yes, "basic crditors" - no
