Second, career soldiers in the military are not usually referred to as "old men" or "old-timers". Old hands, maybe, or lifers. The new guys would be the replacements (in combat) or new recruits. As catchphrases go - and the movie's name should be one - none of the options offered (except, again, Roman's), let alone the accepted translation, is worth much. If I was translating it from scratch, I'd go with Roman's version or maybe call it No Replacements in Battle. However, it looks like you are stuck with that ugly one anyway.
