Как получилось перевести: Since we are guarantors and we signed an agreement on direct debit of cash assets, our liquidity is at risk immediately after the non-payment will take place.

agree  James McVay: "Default" is definitely better than "non-payment will take place." Better to say "payment default" or "default on payment," though, since "default" is a more general term, meaning "failure to meet an obligation."
