I know эмитент is the emitter or issuer of shares, but i don't see where it fits into this sentence.

В тот же день финансовой компанией "Ххх Ххх Ххх" истцу было выдано уведомление об открытии лицевого счета No. ******* от 26 марта 1999 и выписка из лицевого счета держателя ценных бумаг по эмитенту, подтверждающая право собственности.

On the same day, AO "Greenwich Capital Management" Finance Company sent the Plaintiff a notification of the opening of personal account № 1003012 from 26th March 1999, and an excerpt from the personal account of the holder of the securities **по эмитенту**, confirming the property right.
