And BTW... There are banks in Russia (including the Russia-registered affiliates of those that are 'Too Big to Fail') which simply do NOT open 'business' accounts to those entrepreneurs who are 'Individual Entrepreneurs / Sole Proprietors' (just to LLPs/LLCs, and JSCs be it OJSCs or CJSCs).

TO: ViBe In my view, in this particular case the company in question offers two types of services: (a) contract management (i.e. the client says: OK, I've signed the contract, and now I will pay you money to get it fulfilled), OR (b) consultancy (i.e. the client says: OK, I've signed the contract and it's me to make it fulfilled, but I'll pay you money for you to advise what woud be the best practice to do it).

OR. given that the translation is from RUS to ENG, all this simply means that the bank(?) implicitly tells the Client: OK, I know how to get your revenues into the best tax haven on this planet Earth. :-)

@ Asker: a little bit more context, pls... Is this about a consultancy firm that gives legal / accounting / tax advice to, and assists, clients in how to better draw up, conclude, & execute (foreign trade) contracts with corporate clients?

"for corporate clients" sounds good and idiomatic, but “contr. svcs” is confusing & may be mistaken for “svcs rendered under the contract,” whereas the idea here appears to be that our consultancy firm (?) ADVISES and ASSISTS our client in drawing up, concluding, & performing contracts with OTHERS, right?
